1. I have no complaints so farSince the last "update" I have tried to pay my bill twice and it keeps getting returned, even with the correct amount in my account .. SO not only is my bill not paid but we have been charged about $60 in returned payment fees.

That is the only negative I see so far.Don't save login information, don't save payment information, the hardest bill to pay that I've ever had to payYou can not only view your bill but it makes paying your bill 10 times easier than beforeNo one answers phone, no text notices, just bad all around.This update is awful.
3. Because it would suck to have to pay for reconnection fee behind a few dollars past due.It's nice but I'm not happy with the payment process, needs a second option for debit cards as well as a quick pay functionwothout loggingin.
4. Keeps saying forbidden! I can log in Entergy web site but little info there.Got my bill 3 days before it got shut off.
5. Also if you request customer support to contact you don't expect to EVER hear from them! UPDATE .. They updated it to fix the bugs and now won't even load!!This is a scam.
6. Overall the app runs really smooth and in a technology based world, where folks rather text than talk to you in person, it's a wonderful app.
7. Can't use it to check my account to see when a bill is due.
8. Also make follow up calls to make sure you're account is paid in full.
9. Please just call them and handle all payments at an authorized payment center.
10. Where do we find power outages now instead of storm damage by parish??Can't log in.
11. The app is very convenient with reminders of due dates and allows you to start, stop, or move your service with ease.
