1. Will make using the device I bought that needs this app difficult at best! Not to mention why does a multimeter need access to all of my files on my phone and my location?!? Not happy!!Returning the device because is useless without the software the software is really buggy most of the time won't let you select options like diode Etc the display is also buggy sometimes it won't display anything all you hear speech and sometimes the other way around.Very Frustrating to say the least - app would not install properly, create account not In english.. When finally installed did not appear to be for the multimeter.

2. Should be accessible without having to remove an easily lost screw.Cannot pair the multimeter with phone, insufficient instructions, badly translated application UI, cheap device build quality.

1. Fix Vion Multimeter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vion Multimeter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vion Multimeter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vion Multimeter" » Open Vion Multimeter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vion Multimeter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vion Multimeter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vion Multimeter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vion Multimeter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vion Multimeter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vion Multimeter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vion Multimeter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vion Multimeter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vion Multimeter not working

2. Fix Vion Multimeter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vion Multimeter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vion Multimeter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vion Multimeter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
