1. aside from that, this app is nearly perfect.Great app! One feature I really enjoy is turning my phone's screen off and the Float Tube app continues to play my music, which most apps don't do this.

2. Most of the apps can't import playlists or play the music, but this app works for me without having to pay a dime.

3. I regret updating in 2019, it's gotten more and more annoyingRemove the annoying launch ads! You can put as many ads as you want in it, but the ads that appear on launch are so annoying! They are 3 stage, unskippable ads that you have to sit through to wait for the skip button to appear so that you can go on to the next stage of the ad.

4. However, the only problem is that when you try to play a certain song from a playlist, then the playlist will start from the beginning instead of starting at the song you selected.

5. However, I do have two recommendations for an update: add a shuffle button for playlists, and give users the ability to pick whatever song they want out of their playlist.

1. Fix Float Tube Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Float Tube: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Float Tube App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Float Tube" » Open Float Tube - Multitasking » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Float Tube » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Float Tube - Multitasking app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Float Tube servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Float Tube - Multitasking" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Float Tube app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Float Tube might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Float Tube. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Float Tube then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Float Tube not working

2. Fix Float Tube Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Float Tube be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Float Tube not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Float Tube may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
