MySmartRoute Route Planner Customer Insights

1. Would like it fixed please so I dont have to pay a higher subscription price.This app used to work properly but now when I type in an address a message shows up saying "Advance search... No results found.". So here's another useless app that I've decided to get rid of.Paying for Premium, but still getting above query limit error for anything more than 11 entries? Please explain, fix....or cancel my subscription and refund me if you cant fix it....thanksThis was the most simple and easy to use but it stopped working this week (been using for 3 years) I see that others are having problems as well....please fix!! Thank youJust put 12 places in to app.

Wasting everyone's time.so I just downloaded this app, I put 4 addresses in to see how it routed me and it says I am over the query limit 😂 Good job I am not in my van at 5am with customers waiting 👎 immediately uninstalled ,time is money and I havnt the time to mess around with apps pushing you to get your wallet out before youv even tryed out the service.

3. I have the premium membership and it wasn't letting me optimize for a long time and now it wont even find simple addresses I've found hundreds of times before.

4. Not sure what is going on but i cant even find a support email address to try and get help.

5. If it's fixed tomorrow I'll change my review.Used this app for years, but now it suddenly can't find ANY addresses.

6. For some reason it wouldn't let me search and add addresses to my route.

7. Calculated route and tells me that 5 places are in New Zealand and the other 7 are in Sydney Australia.

8. It says cant find anything.

9. Completely and totally useless now.Worked with app for years and now all of sudden it just working.

10. It wouldn't let me place a stop on the map by holding my finger down on the screen either.

11. I would like to have a car that drives on water but don't.App worked fine and now it acting dumb.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MySmartRoute Route Planner Issues

1. Fix MySmartRoute Route Planner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MySmartRoute Route Planner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MySmartRoute Route Planner App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MySmartRoute Route Planner" » Open MySmartRoute Route Planner » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MySmartRoute Route Planner » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MySmartRoute Route Planner app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MySmartRoute Route Planner servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MySmartRoute Route Planner" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MySmartRoute Route Planner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MySmartRoute Route Planner might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MySmartRoute Route Planner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MySmartRoute Route Planner then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MySmartRoute Route Planner not working


2. Fix MySmartRoute Route Planner Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MySmartRoute Route Planner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MySmartRoute Route Planner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
