Why should I report an Issue with Wurrly: It's more than Karaoke?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

You also need to use headphones when recording so the vocals can be heard.the app was working fine but one day it started saying "unknown error processing search request" every time I want to search for a song, i even deleted and re downloaded the app but it still has the same problemWas a great app, now it will not save my creations so I can hear them.

2. I have programmed the radio station I could never be successful programming it in that fashion.Great concept behind the app, but I keep getting a delay once the recording is processed (vocals are always ahead of backing track).

3. Don't waste your time.Android version of this app is not updated yet but I can barely hear my voice.

4. I would like to suggest it to update the Android version.When you make a wurrly it puts on public even when you tell it not to.

5. You can see other songs from that artist but too many times not their most popular ones.

6. Buy plastic I mean chart toppers or, known album cut classics.

7. Cannot log in get error when trying to change password.

8. Too many of the most classic songs are not on here.

1. Fix Wurrly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Wurrly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Wurrly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wurrly" » Open Wurrly: It's more than Karaoke » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wurrly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Wurrly: It's more than Karaoke app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wurrly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wurrly: It's more than Karaoke" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Wurrly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wurrly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Wurrly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wurrly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wurrly not working

2. Fix Wurrly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wurrly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wurrly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wurrly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
