1. I wish they can get it fixed cause the closet store to me is hours away...After navigating in the app for a couple of minutes all of the sudden it takes me back to the main page, I was trying to make a payment more then 5 times and it took me back to the homepage after a few minutes even when trying to do it quickly just placed the order on there website instead.

2. It does have a useful feature in which you can check if a shoe is in stock at your nearest WSS.This application is terrible it consistently gives me error codes I can not order online.

3. Tried over and over again to complete my purchace but the app went blue screen and took me to the home page every time i put in my payment info, my billing address and my shipping address.

4. It wouldn't let me enter through rewards with my phone number (for a month!!!) even though i am a reward member!!! So annoying, just uninstalled.

5. I can not register to make my own account and have issues buying cause it also gives an error.

6. Sometimes I get notified about sales or new releases ON THE APP and it takes me to the link on my web browser... I didn't get the app just to open links on another app that's even harder to navigate.

7. Which means you have to sign on each and every time you check status on your order.

8. The application gives me an error code when I try fixing it.This app is not usable.

9. However, if I just put boy shoes and go into each one, I will see the size I am trying to filter, too.Hard to navigate.

10. In addition, I ordered shoes for someone last year and never got the reward points for it.

1. Fix ShopWSS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ShopWSS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ShopWSS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ShopWSS" » Open ShopWSS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ShopWSS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ShopWSS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ShopWSS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ShopWSS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ShopWSS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ShopWSS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ShopWSS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ShopWSS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ShopWSS not working

2. Fix ShopWSS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ShopWSS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ShopWSS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ShopWSS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
