Why should I report an Issue with WorthPoint?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Wanted to email not write a review but when you try to email you guys it freezes my phone up.I think its a great resource but it takes so much time to search for any item having only 20 items per page with many unrelated items thrown in.

2. I have a Galaxy s21 Ultra.You guys realize that charging people monthly and giving them a bug infested user unfriendly app with the worst image/ key word search is absolutely NOT ok? Besides all these little thrills, I have to login every single time! I don't hangout in worthpoint just to chill and slowly sip my coffee, I do that because I use it for work, which usually means I'm in a rush.

3. It keeps asking me to change my settings even after I did update my settings but worse than that when you scroll down to view more items you get an error message that says "something went wrong.

4. It doesn't follow any if the standard rules of search and very specific search terms can return tens of thousands of results, very few of which relate to your intended item.

5. Rock and a hard space for sure.Worthpoint is a good tool for researching value but has the worst search engine I've ever seen this side of Reddit.

6. Especially when there are numerous other FREE ways to search for items (Google lens, ebay, etc.) that are much more simple to use.

7. Doesn't let you login, locks you out, doesn't work with biometrics, long login process that includes welcome screens every time you open it, logs you out quicker than banking apps.

8. Finally, on my stock Android phone, entering a number shifts the keyboard back to the qwerty layout, which is strange.This app has never been great but this latest "upgrade" rendered the app unusable.

9. Instead, an option to only return items that contain all words in the query would be best (and seperate from sorting).

10. To be paying a little over $20/mo for the basic subscription it should have better search features/filters.

1. Fix WorthPoint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WorthPoint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WorthPoint App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WorthPoint" » Open WorthPoint » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WorthPoint » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WorthPoint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WorthPoint servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WorthPoint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WorthPoint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WorthPoint might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WorthPoint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WorthPoint then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WorthPoint not working

2. Fix WorthPoint Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WorthPoint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WorthPoint not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WorthPoint may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
