Why should I report an Issue with LOLO - Dating & Icebreakers?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Wonderful Wonderful to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Good side: no ads.It's a really cute set up, with the mini games as ice breakers! It achieved its goal of taking pressure off of that initial conversation, and can be a fun way to meet people.

2. :) My main complaint would be the sheer randomness of the match-ups, and it sadly lacks a way to filter what type of people you're hoping to meet.This is a great app! In an age where making social connections are far and few in between, XO definitely provides a buffer for the times.

3. I've had great matches with people from all over the country (and the world), and quite frequently with people who i likely would not have matched with otherwise.Good simple layout, easy to navigate.

4. Just another random swipe app, but with the added effort of playing a game before people see your profile and unmatch, because you're matched on the basis of nothing.

5. The basic idea is that you play little mixer games with people.

6. Idea of the app is to play games, however doesn't fix the dating/swipe app main problem of shallow-vapidness and awful conversations.

7. Messages from different people can wind up in separate games which is distracting.

8. They can be people you match with, or it can be with random people (of the gender you're looking to connect with).

9. Good idea to play games to take the pressure off of starting a conversation.

10. The distance feature isn't great as matches in games can be across the country.

11. Looks don't matter to me as much if you have a great personality, but there seems to be even less profiles of actual substance than Tinder, somehowGreat concept but this app needs alot of work.

1. Fix LOLO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LOLO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LOLO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LOLO" » Open LOLO - Dating & Icebreakers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LOLO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LOLO - Dating & Icebreakers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LOLO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LOLO - Dating & Icebreakers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LOLO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LOLO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LOLO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LOLO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LOLO not working

2. Fix LOLO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LOLO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LOLO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LOLO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
