1. A lot of your increased scores come from learning the idiosyncracies of the app rather than any improvement of skills.I try to include the Elevate games into my everyday schedule to help improve on the expansion of words into my vocabulary, to help with memory improvement as well as challenge myself mathematically.
2. Also, the explanation of some of the mental math techniques needs to be broken down more, don't skip steps! Overall, I think it's worth what I paid for the yearly subscription, but some of the games need refinement.For anyone who wants to know the cost.
3. I've been using this for over a year and have found it helpful in pushing my brain outside its comfort zone.This app is really great, it set up its own system for basely measuring your proficiency in the game for the areas you learn in.
4. I like the different games you can play to sharpen your mind, they are challenging and makes me want to improve on my previous score.A great app for brain training.
5. I've never tried other learning games like this one, so I have no comparison but regardless, this helps.No option to extend learning on the app unless you purchase a subscription.
6. Before you download, app gives you 3 free games a day, so if you are looking to slowly add to your brain training without paying, it's worth it.
7. I actually feel like I'm learning something and being able to see my mistakes and showing me the correct equation is a plus.also has many different areas of learning Im absolutely addicted too.

9. Tracking specific areas of improvement (reading, writing, speaking, math, memory) is nice, as well.Pretty nice exercises.
10. I only just wished it was free for us who can't afford it.This app is great! I have learned more english from this app in a week than I have all school year.
11. Diagrams in the math problems don't consistently follow the same expectations (25% could mean 1 colored tile and 3 uncolored in one question but not the next).
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Elevate Issues
1. Fix Elevate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Elevate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Elevate App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Elevate" » Open Elevate - Brain Training Games » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Elevate » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Elevate - Brain Training Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Elevate servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Elevate - Brain Training Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Elevate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Elevate might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Elevate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Elevate then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Elevate not working
2. Fix Elevate Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Elevate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Elevate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Elevate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I would like to cancel my subscription on elevate brain training games. I can't do that from app because I didn't even knew that I have an account and a subscription. And because of that I don't know how to log in (don't know the password and how someone even logged in) and cancel my subscription. So please cancel this subscption as soon as possible.

Hi, I downloaded the Elevate app & tried it once but it was too difficult to read so was useless & I deleted the app. I tried to cancel the subscription in the Apple store but got message to say it was free so nothing to cancel but now I have just received email to say I have been charged $65.99. I tried again to cancel it but now it says I can use it till 2022. This app is useless to me with my eyesight so please refund my subscription. Thank you MO Reardon
