1. Unfortunately I have tried this on a few occasions now and it doesn't work which is very disappointing.Setup straight forward (worked first time), worked fine for a few weeks, then had a few days when it wouldn't connect - symptoms same as reported by others - pump connected to my wi-fi but App said 'cannot connect to your Lay-Z-Spa' - then started working again.
2. This is not rocket science, what are your QA team doing? I can but a $10 smart bulb the works better.This has been updated again, I can connect the WIFI easily and control the temperature.
3. It does need a good signal for it to work and has been running using timer now for a week with no problems.Tried for an hour or so to connect.
4. It seems that when you click the button to connect to the HotTub and connect, switching back to the app disconnects the WIFI to the pump and leave it in an unstable state.
5. As others have said, WiFi control was one of the reasons I chose this hot tub so it's really frustrating that it just doesn't work.Confirmed - works with the old bestway app.
6. I can't get the WIFI to connect (well actually the pump shows that it has connected) but the app does not register.
7. The spa connect to my WiFi... I know it works as Amazon Alex can turn on and off.
8. Same thing, we have the latest Milan pump and works well other than the schedule to the pump, has it got to be left for a period before taking effect if that's the case it kind of sucksBasic functionality but it works once set up.
9. Please fix this.Much more difficult than necessary to connect to WiFi as it needs quite a lot of signal so unless you have spa in your house its gonna be annoying, even using a booster.
10. Been fine now for a month - limited functionality, but really handy to be able to check temperature / switch heater / etc remotely, so given it an extra star from my first review.Very poor app.
11. Tried switching WiFi to 2.4ghz only as it said it doesn't do 5ghz but that didn't work.
