1. With the latest mobile update, I have had several issues including cut lines not showing in preview mode and my imported vector graphics have automatically scalled themselves to several hundred inches... making me have to go back in my illustration software to get the precise measurements to type in.
2. Each update seems to cause more issues.The phone app and the computer app are just horrible.
3. Also, I used to be able to make a project if I combined letters and glyphs from different fonts that I uploaded, but now it doesn't work, nor with offset.
4. I get an error message saying "unable to retrieve payment information".Worked fine until latest update, now it keeps crashing.
5. After one of the latest updates, I have to keep pairing the machine to my phone each time I try to make a project.
6. Just jump in and start playing with buttons and setting in DESIGN SPACE to best learn at first, then all the youtube tutorials and such will make more senseThis app was great.
7. Then it got worse with another update and I'd have to restart the phone and the cricut.
8. I will say to new people, that there's a pretty big "learning curve" and I haven't found a good step-by-step to Very First use DESIGN SPACE.
9. I've always preferred the desk top version to the ap, but the ap was fine for a quick edit, or to use to print something quickly with out moving my laptop to my craft space.
10. With each update connection issues got worse and worse.
11. It was free for the last 3 years! That is messed up.Having alot of issues lately.
Please cancel my subscription to circuit design space
I was charged three times on June 8th and once on June 9th the $9.99 monthly fee for Cricut Design Space Access plus 82¢ tax for each charge. It is being charged to my Verizon Cell # (936)-581-1273. My husband handles all the bills and I usually don't look at them but for some reason I did this time and so I'm wondering if this is the first time this has happened or if it is happened in the past.
I would very much like for someone to look into this and see what is going on and I would definitely like three of the four charges taken off.

Since today's (05/02/2021 - Australia) update (v6.3.90) I can do NOTHING without Design Space freezing after a few seconds. I have no other programmes running. Doesn't matter WHAT I select, "images", "my projects" even "canvas", I get no further and have to quit Design Space. What is the solution please?
