1. Wildix Collaboration Mobile application brings UC services to your Android device allowing you to make and receive calls via your enterprise Wildix PBX, to chat in real time with all the users of the system and monitor their presence status.
2. **To use this application, you must be a user of a Wildix system and have fast internet connection that doesn’t block VoIP traffic.
1. Great way to keep all our clients info, make and track phone calls (which employee made a follow up call, to whom the call was transferred etc.) One glitch we continually have, the system doesn't let me "park" (put on hold) or transfer calls (sip error) to the company's credit, they are quick to respond and fix it.
2. I have seen the Bluetooth icon once on a call, but every other time it doesn't appear, and even though I hear the tones coming in my ear even I'm dialling as soon as I place the call I have to put the phone to my ear.
3. One drawback is the amount of steps needed to transfer a call, it feels like that could be streamlined.I have an issue with this app constantly uninstalling itself when my phone restarts.
4. Now if I have call audio set to my Bluetooth, when I make a call neither works properly and I have to fully turn off Bluetooth for the other person to hear me.
5. Tried updating to no avail, as bad on WiFi as via data, not fit for purpose and company will be moving away from ASAP as no use in business other than portability of a static line via an app, bit no good if can't hear anyone! Its good and seems to work ok.
6. The app opens, displays the incoming call but when you tap to answer it hangs and the phone continues to ring.
7. Throughout versions, call audio goes between speaker and Bluetooth intermittently, so I have had important or sensitive information suddenly play out loud instead of in my ear.
8. That doesnt carry over or show on a mobile... only the contacts saved in the mobile so you have to then go finding numbers in the main system to call from the mobile if away from desks.
9. Used I'm a small office, constantly drops out so unable to dial out or gives a very poor signal whereby the called party sounds like a robot and they cannot hear your reply and complain about a very bad line.
10. Imagine it could be done as you have to sign into your own account anyway.Generally works well as an internal (and external) phone system for us.
11. It's very frustrating when things are working and then an update comes along and creates a new issue.Overall has good features but very buggy.
