1. Thanks White teams for giving the best services.Well, it seemed to work properly until I needed to do some phone calls and use the keypad during the call.

2. Otherwise it's great app.January 2021 the app works perfectly fine ! No issues since the last one September 2019:Im using the app for 10 days now, the calls are indeed really cheap, and clear.

3. Thanks you guys & galsI've been using this app for the past month the calls are clear and I've not had any issues with connections to India.

4. Why was the call in a loop? Perhaps it was being recorded and somehow the recording was played back by mistake? Very peculiar.One of the best application ever i have used to make call in Bangladesh.

5. It's a shame because it seemed to work properly and of course everytime you try to call and use the keypad they are chaging you for the call..I am editing my previous review.

6. On the second day, while i was in the middle of the conversation suddenly it started ringing i answered and literally it played back the whole conversation but only with the other callers voice, and than it didnt let me to do anything for the next couple of hours.

7. The quality of the phone calls is second to none, no echo, no breaking up, you just have a normal conversation.

8. It entered a loop and I kept hearing a segment of the conversation played over and over again but only the other side.

9. It connects me every single time I dial and the call rates are not too bad.

10. But I'm getting crystal clear calls regardless of where I am that being Iceland, UK, Norway or Russia.

11. Have to knock off 1 star as there is no flexible options to choose how much you want to load onto the app the amounts are fixed and from what I can see will not roll over..... is it or loose itI liked the app , but I think it a bit expensive rate to senegal.

1. Fix White Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart White: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the White App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "White" » Open White - calling & send airtime » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for White » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear White - calling & send airtime app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from White servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "White - calling & send airtime" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check White app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, White might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall White. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall White then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing White not working

2. Fix White Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make White be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to White not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, White may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
