The service delivered some hours later, so I updated the rating based on "delivered as ordered" but still find the customer support lacking a sense of urgency when it is needed.Send airtime which never got to the reciever yet wash deducted from my account, I tried reaching out to them but got no reply, my friend went thru the same thing, I would not recommend this app at all, stealing people's money.Hi this is good but the problem is that you can't select your country you in it's only writing UK only and it's confusing please try to create a setting for that.

1. Fix Senditoo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Senditoo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Senditoo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Senditoo" » Open Senditoo - International Mobil » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Senditoo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Senditoo - International Mobil app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Senditoo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Senditoo - International Mobil" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Senditoo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Senditoo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Senditoo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Senditoo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Senditoo not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Senditoo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Senditoo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Senditoo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
