I'm not able to log in at all after putting in the pass key to unlock I type my name and password and ..........woe hey what's this it says wrong user I'd or password I uninstalled and reinstalled and retried and still get the same thing like hey like I didn't even sign up for an account and yet ya telling me that I've entered the wrong answers woe I dont think so fix please I'll be back within a week and see if no change in this at all I'll then uninstall and find another thanks wowYou enter a PIN to access the app, select the customer you want, then it asks you for your PIN again.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AP CentralPoint Issues

1. Fix AP CentralPoint Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AP CentralPoint: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AP CentralPoint App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AP CentralPoint" » Open AP CentralPoint » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AP CentralPoint » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AP CentralPoint app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AP CentralPoint servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AP CentralPoint" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AP CentralPoint app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AP CentralPoint might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AP CentralPoint. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AP CentralPoint then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AP CentralPoint not working


2. Fix AP CentralPoint Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AP CentralPoint be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AP CentralPoint not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AP CentralPoint may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
