1. At the same time some are NOT dupes and are regular photos and is refusing to import OR stop clocking.I've really enjoyed using this app and the ini device however there has been an issue signing into my I I and was wondering about how long till the issues are resolved.Ever since the March android app update, no longer able to automatically backup videos or even select videos to upload manually.

2. this was a great device...what changed? I don't want to lose my photos!!!! Please fix these issues, blank screen on phone, unable to connect, upload fails.1st. ibi is a great answer to having to pay to store images on line.

3. I've had issues administrating My own pictures within the "inner circle".This app used to work amazingly now it doesn't open up past the welcome screen, which is only there for a second then I'm staring at a white ibi screen which never loads.

4. (two stars.) I've had this device and app for a year and now having issues with it just like all others in the rating comments.

5. Now I get "It looks like you haven't added a device to your account or the owner hasn't approved your request to join." Followed by a "sign out" option.

6. Once it does it seems to be pretty solid.Started out great (Five stars)....now I can't figure out the problem.

7. A simple, good photo backup app and device.

8. Feeling very frustrated because the device itself is not cheap and they can't even get the app to load.

9. It is a cloud app accessed thru a web browser, and here i was trying to keep MY Images OFF the internet / Cloud.

10. Sometimes it is a duplicate but it never stops clocking, nor says its a dup or like before just doesn't load the dup a 2nd time.

11. In other words I payed for the ibi and no longer have to pay a monthly fee to to store and access my images from anywhere in the world.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SanDisk ibi Issues

1. Fix SanDisk ibi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SanDisk ibi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SanDisk ibi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SanDisk ibi" » Open SanDisk ibi » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SanDisk ibi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SanDisk ibi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SanDisk ibi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SanDisk ibi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SanDisk ibi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SanDisk ibi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SanDisk ibi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SanDisk ibi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SanDisk ibi not working


2. Fix SanDisk ibi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SanDisk ibi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SanDisk ibi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SanDisk ibi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
