1. Then while writing this review under "Tell us more" it asks if the camerara good?, Does this app have messaging?, Does this app make you happy? Want a better review, make the app work and stop asking stupid questions.App does not work on 2 different phones they must have gave up.Wants to get all of my old pics out of there and put back in my Dropbox folder!!No way to log in.

2. Last year it took several days to get support to reply for support on resetting the hardware which did not work when using their online instructions, didnt work after support replied, and waiting on support once again.

3. This app is complete trash.No way to create an account, cant get by login...can't sign in or make a profile within this appWhat are the developers smoking??? Cannot log in, no instructions on how to create an account.

4. Hardware has been durable, but accessing the files on it remotely has been near impossible since I had to change my primary computer.

5. Followed instructions to download both wd cloud and wd2go...why? Can't log into wd2go, so an unnecessary app that takes up space in my phone.

6. Logged in once, and haven't been able to log in since.

7. Used to love WDThe hard drive works awesome and hard to rate something you can't use.

8. Built for older Android and no updates available.I can see why it has a 2.2 rating.

9. I have never had an opportunity to see what if anything it is able to do.

1. Fix WD2GO Cloud Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WD2GO Cloud: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WD2GO Cloud App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WD2GO Cloud" » Open WD2GO Cloud » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WD2GO Cloud » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WD2GO Cloud app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WD2GO Cloud servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WD2GO Cloud" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WD2GO Cloud app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WD2GO Cloud might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WD2GO Cloud. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WD2GO Cloud then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WD2GO Cloud not working

2. Fix WD2GO Cloud Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WD2GO Cloud be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WD2GO Cloud not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WD2GO Cloud may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
