1. I have tried to copy them on to my PC, my PC media player can't play them and also I tried to covert them into some other playable format, the media player converter failed to do so! What the hell is this! Please some body tell how to play or covert those videos!This app is good for taking pictures and recording videos.

I would like all of those photos back if I can get them and I just want to know how! I can't afford to have the paid version, but I do like it best of all photography apps for selfies and people pictures especially.I recorded about a dozen videos with this app on my Android phone, and after recording when I wanted to check the videos, the android player says unsupported file format for all videos except for one.

Had to delete it because now it wont even down load the free filters, half the time it just says network error even though my network is fine! super disappointed!I love it, I just wish the beauty feature that I used to have even for a year after I ended my subscription was still available to me.

6. this app has not slowed down my phone or made any other apps act weird which is awesome..i can not believe that z camera is not over run by apps seeing as its free but i have hardly ever been interrupred by an ad or xommercial.

8. Lovely 🤢 NOT WORTH IT, get photo labI was forced to uninstall the app a few months ago, when my MALWARE DETECTION SOFTWARE IDENTIFIED THE APP AS SECURITY THREAT! Now several months later I tried to re-install it and immediately got the same warning from my firewall!! HAD TO REMOVE IT once again! Please fix this issue so I can safely install and use the app again.

9. Nada Just took the cash outta Google pay (got rid of that also) too bad but even if they'd told me, look around, they're just as good for free.

10. Very frustrating when i am typing a cohesive response on Facebook and i lose it to be rerouted to a fake siteused to be amazing....but now you have to pay for a bunch of the filters which is fine,but I've already done that.

1. Fix Z Camera Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Z Camera: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Z Camera App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Z Camera" » Open Z Camera - Photo Editor, Beauty Selfie, Collage » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Z Camera » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Z Camera - Photo Editor, Beauty Selfie, Collage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Z Camera servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Z Camera - Photo Editor, Beauty Selfie, Collage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Z Camera app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Z Camera might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Z Camera. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Z Camera then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Z Camera not working
