1. Storage is a great option, in fact, I found a number of photos I have been able to find, uploaded from a few phones back, awesome! However, ordering by date is less important to me, although it's good as a reminder of where I was or what I was doing.

2. Google Photos in conjunction with a plan like Google 1 for more cloud storage is a beautiful match and works seamlessly.This app is still really good, and I really like the editing features in it.

3. It's fine if some users like it - just give us the option to turn it off and go back to the previous memories experience.I've enjoyed Google photos for years but lately it's acting pretty strange.

1. Fix Google Photos Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

5. Uninstall and reinstall Google Photos. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Google Photos then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Google Photos not working

2. Fix Google Photos Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Google Photos be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Google Photos not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Google Photos may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
