6. The integration of the verification of many different methods is great!!This is a great app, ads well ok some are a little annoying but still a great app.

7. I want my money back! It keeps showing me the same faces again and again, even though I reject them every time.

1. Fix W-Match Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart W-Match: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the W-Match App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "W-Match" » Open W-Match: Video Dating & Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for W-Match » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear W-Match: Video Dating & Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from W-Match servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "W-Match: Video Dating & Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check W-Match app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, W-Match might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall W-Match. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall W-Match then reinstall.
