1. PHONE NUMBERS ARE IMPORTANT!!!It's ridiculous worked GREAT after paying for the subscription the first 3 weeks! And now for the last month I can't get in! I've uninstalled then reinstalled it spoke via email with the company they said to hit FOGOT PASSWORD and follow the link emailed to me and NOTHING happens when I hit send to change password.
2. Do NOT touch "I'm interested" button as a paid member!!!!! You get charged EVERY time! Be SUPER careful! They will bleed your account dry and act like it's all an accident!The app worked fine at first, then it wouldn't let me log onto the site.
3. Third I emailed the company to request my money back because the payment was for several months of use I WOULD NOT USE, and the response i recieved was that i would NOT get my money back even though I would no longer have the account or the service.
4. First ,whether it is the app or the website there are MANY times where the site doesn't show the pictures when going through Are You Interested? How can I be if I can't see the pictures? No freebies, such as if you and another person choose each other you can at least text.I'm having a rough time with this app.
5. Has a cool browse feature instead of swiping, but doesn't find anyone that is from my country, so its useless to me.First I signed up for a discounted amount over the first 6 months, but when u checked the app for a way to terminate the service at the end of the term there was no option within the app to change it.
6. That email was followed by another email saying they couldn't email me back because they didn't know how i paid even though i gave them the FB info I activated the account with and the transaction information from my PayPal account.
7. If first met would get this corrected and i was not locked out of my account i would not be asking for my money back but they are not doing anything to try to correct the problem.
8. Update 1/18 Still no response, still can't log into app.I paid for a six month subscription and never was able to message, receive messages or get in to my account.
9. Second, I was charged an aggregious amount to my account 6 months after the account set up with no reminders or prior notice.
10. I've tried connecting with this site, but there's no phone number so now i had to call my credit card number to make a complaint and try to get my money back.
