Camsurf Customer Insights
1. At the same network speed other apps r working but this app can't even open.I activate plus account with money and still no girls...and its become so slow...I wait an hour to talk to someone... Also, I cannot cancel my subscription as you re-subscribe and withdraw money from my account without my permission... Canceling subscription requires a letter to arrive in the mail, but they do not send it... thievesLiterally only dudes on this app looking for chicks.

It is very annoying having to click except on every new person.I was not even using the aap it's just mic was enabled after closing the aap but the banned me for that tho i even brought premium in that is this the service I am not satisfiedThe app is good but the problem is, it keeps asking to ACCEPT CONNECTION.
3. But still I found that very very few women are connected.The number of men are more in gender selection of ,'Everyone'.
4. The recent update allows users to remove safe search without having to exit the app and use the web based version, which i appreciate.
5. You can choose multiple countries at once and the list of countries is expansive compared to other apps.
6. It be nice if you can choose the gender of who you like to talk to, without charging upgrades.
7. There are no chicks here so stop looking.Please bring back the "auto accept connections" button.
8. Even when you pay money fir gender filters there's only dudes.
9. In selecting the Gender:Everyone, I found that both men and women are connected.
10. I hope the number of women will increase in 'Everyone' mode.
11. Keep it up and improve with more facilities.Its good as far as connecting with people.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Camsurf Issues
1. Fix Camsurf Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Camsurf: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Camsurf App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Camsurf" » Open Camsurf: Chat Random & Flirt » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Camsurf » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Camsurf: Chat Random & Flirt app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Camsurf servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Camsurf: Chat Random & Flirt" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Camsurf app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Camsurf might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Camsurf. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Camsurf then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Camsurf not working
2. Fix Camsurf Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Camsurf be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Camsurf not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Camsurf may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hello, I was just on camsurf a few minutes ago and I waved at the next person that came on and I got booted out and I did nothing wrong per your rules, I pay $19.99 per month extra for being a premium customer on line and truly feel I should have the ban lifted off. I have been a premium member over a year.
