1. i will suggest all of you please do not install this application, this application is wasting of time.it is very worst app I never seen, I recharged 399 and I got 340 coins I just talk 5.20 sec asper the rule of this per min 30 coins but they deducted from my acc so much coins I have only 79 coins,when I talk with customer care they don't have any ansIt's good.

2. VIP membership is not given to user... I was already pay an amount but membership is not given to me.This type of apps are waste apps during peoples, Becoz all apps showing me to connect free but whn all are install this types of app thn know wht this app is want all the tyms asking money to pay 3months, 6months or 1year.

1. Fix Jily Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Jily: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Jily App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Jily" » Open Jily -Match to video chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Jily » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Jily -Match to video chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Jily servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Jily -Match to video chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Jily app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Jily might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Jily. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Jily then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Jily not working

2. Fix Jily Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Jily be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Jily not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Jily may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
