1. If only it workedThe experience while using this app is was aswom... But the problem is that if I open the video it is loading but later it is showing "Video Faild" so , I hope the app management will give me a solution... 2. Screw this stupid app! I uninstalled and redownloaded this app 3 times just to make SURE it was the app and not my phone, but nope.. of COURSE it's the app! Everytime I try to "Start" the interview, it tells me to make sure my face is in the guide box (or whatever) but it doesn't continue from there! My fave is properly in the stupid box, but it STILL doesn't allow me to move forward! Stupid app! Uninstalling it NOW for the LAST time! It had a good idea though.

1. Fix Interview Me Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Interview Me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Interview Me App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Interview Me" » Open Interview Me » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Interview Me » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Interview Me app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Interview Me servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Interview Me" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Interview Me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Interview Me might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Interview Me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Interview Me then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Interview Me not working
