1. If you could, either fix this problem or add an option to remove ads (or both), and I'll likely bump up my rating to 5 stars.I have used this app for over a whole month and its been great! but then i was finishing the end of episode 69 of Black Clover and it started having a loading sign.

2. But other than that it's a great app and I would definitely recommend a lot of people use it for watching anime.This is a great app nice to be able to find some of the old school anime that I grew up with and to get them dubbed is even better.

3. I left the app and went back into it and it wouldn't make any show load! i deleted the app and reinstalled it a billion times and still won't work! I can't even sign in anymore!!! (Edit) I tried reinstalling it after 2 hours, lets hope it works!This app is quite good.

4. Overall its completely free and there's no ads while watching shows (Though there is some when clicking into different pages), I would recommend installing.I love this app, it doesnt freeze or crash at any point.

5. One bug: Media player won't allow me to return to menu, end up closing app.I'm giving this two stars because the service is great, but the ads are so glitchy.

1. Fix AnimeStar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AnimeStar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AnimeStar App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AnimeStar" » Open AnimeStar - Stream Subbed & Dubbed Anime » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AnimeStar » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AnimeStar - Stream Subbed & Dubbed Anime app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AnimeStar servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AnimeStar - Stream Subbed & Dubbed Anime" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AnimeStar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AnimeStar might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AnimeStar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AnimeStar then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AnimeStar not working

2. Fix AnimeStar Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AnimeStar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AnimeStar not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AnimeStar may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
