4. This app lets you submit claims any time, anywhere.
1. i would literally choose any other option.What is the point? Wageworks, you require "validation" for all these swipes (ones to DLO Labs for example...you question the charges medical authenticity? really?) then have no way to upload invoices on this app to provide validation! It would be so easy to upload a screenshot of my invoice with my phone.
2. I will never, NEVER recommend wage works to anyone ever, and if there is a way to switch my HSA to a different company, I will absolutely be pursuing that.1. Horrible interface (not user-friendly); unable to submit verification/validation receipts by clicking on the claim.
3. It's extremely inconvenient! I used to be able to easily go to site on my phone and view my balance, claims history and most importantly send in claims with ease.
4. For the last three weeks I've been unable to login to my account - I get an error saying that the app can't communicate with the servers.
5. But I'm still able to submit claims and see the the balance and the last five or so transactions.
6. password reset just sends you back to the website, which means you'll do one and then get punted back to this app which will continue to claim your login is wrong.
7. It is lacking in features, like being able to see how much goes into your account and that pie chart that you can usually see on the web site.
8. Yes, submitting a claim for parking and healthcare is easy but you cannot see your full account.
9. In addition, and honestly, the most egregious offense of this app - the app has failed to show me a correct balance for my HSA account even once.
10. I used to be able to go to the website on my phone to submit reimbursements.
11. I have been in multiple situations with providers and pharmacies trying to pay for something well below my displayed balance in the app and had my card declined.
