1. Tone Room allows you to edit sounds, manage programs, and backup your settings. Android 6. 0 or later, Android Phone/Tablet. (USB OTG cable is needed.

2. Tone Room is designed to work as an editor/librarian for VOX products, including the VX II, VT20X/40X/100X, Adio/Adio Air ,VX50 GTV, and VOX Cambridge50.

3. Connect your VX, VTX or Adio/Adio Air to your iOS device with a USB cable or connect your Adio Air to a Bluetooth MIDI supported device via wireless connection.

4. If the app detects incompatibility, you will be prevented from installing it.

1. By "Broken" I mean it only shows the top left 1/16 of the screen on Android 13 Their support people confirmed it's an Android 13 compatibility issue...6 months and counting...Used to work great but no longer working on Android phone.

2. 10" screen would be much more useful if the app scaled properly and made use of the extra space.Very useful... If updated Problem with screen size, can't open menu on far up right to read/write files.

3. 3 stars for now but has awesome potential!Gives you all the options to change preset tone and guitar effects based on popular songs so you can create your own unique sound.

4. The second problem is the user interface which is absolutely horrible, the buttons and dials are tiny I often end up having to force close it as a way of resetting because its so confusing to use.Not bad, could be a bit more "new user" friendly... really wish there were an update though.

5. I find really frustrating have to use my laptop every time I want to use some of the presents I have on .vtxprog format because there is no way to trace correctly the root through the android app.

6. The app is not fluent at all, the efforts to make it look cool with all this wood effects made it just not nice, and the resolution of texts is not correct.

7. You must make sure you have the correct USB cable as standard adapters don't work.

8. I have the VOX Adio Air BS amp, which is a small portable, battery/wart version with stereo speakers for nice effects.

9. I was expecting more attention from VOX, even on cheap modeling amplifiers... That's a shame.Poor connectivity, poor user interface.

10. Having got set up with the app I'm really happy with the tones it generates and some of the existing presets are pretty cool but needs updated.

11. On my tablet it doesn't fill the screen so there's a big bar of wasted black space on the right side.

1. Fix Tone Room Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tone Room: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tone Room App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tone Room" » Open Tone Room » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tone Room » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tone Room app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tone Room servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tone Room" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tone Room app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tone Room might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tone Room. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tone Room then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tone Room not working

2. Fix Tone Room Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tone Room be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tone Room not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tone Room may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
