1. Customer service told me to go into the app and cancel my so called ring back tones?! In which I explained the app was Uninstalled literally since Jan this year and so far I've been charged every month since then, sometimes 2x charges on a couple months and as of my May phone bill it looks like these bogus charges have STOPPED!Miss this app.

2. This app is a farce! I'm charged $5 a month and the app doesn't even work you do a search everything comes back not found you click on one of the links on the home screen for trending or a certain genre comes back empty you finally find a list of songs you go to preview them it says loading for 5 minutes and then just goes away so there is no preview there is no photos there is nothing but them constantly taking money from your account that's it!Had this years ago, thought it was fun, had no issues.

3. UNINSTALLED!This app randomly removes popular artists and adds a minus sign for any ring tones you've downloaded do if you hold the phone wrong (with your hand on the touch screen) the tone gets deleted and you have to pay to re-download it as is no longer on your phone.

4. This app probably hasn't seen a proper GUI update since 2012 It reminds me of android Gingerbread, maybe Jellybean but even that feels newer than this app.I am paying $5 a month to get songs and they are no longer ring back tones they are just ring tones.

5. Purchased ringtones & had a large number to choose from.Since I can't use a song and make a ring tone and the tone room is not available with tones purchased why is it even suggested.

6. Just got a newer galaxy, it downloads, but useless because the phone doesn't support the type of file now.Check your online uscellular bill.

7. And you cannot preview the tones before purchasing.Don't bother with this app! Nothing but a scam and headache! Called US Cell about this $5+ charges on my last 5 bills and they claim they can't do anything about it.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tone Room Deluxe" » Open Tone Room Deluxe » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tone Room Deluxe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tone Room Deluxe app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tone Room Deluxe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tone Room Deluxe" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tone Room Deluxe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tone Room Deluxe might not work.
