Why should I report an Issue with School Planner - Timetable?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Please fix that, I already have reported the issue per Mail and I didn't get an response.I love this app! i've been using it for a while and it work really nice, i have some request tho, please add a timer so when i'm studying i know how long i study or maybe add like a pomodoro timer, and add pictures for the notes, it would be easier to include pictures in our notes, but for all the apps design is great, I had to found a bug with the notes, it dissapear after i close the app and come back again, so would love to have a new update on it, Thank you so much!!It seems like a nice app, but it won't let me do anything; I can't make an assignment, or set a reminder or see notes, I can't do anything! It just sends me back to my home screen.

2. Thank you This is great app , I love it Feature Request : I saw that each course has it's own location , in the universities some of the courses can occur in different locations .

3. ThanksThe app is great!! The only thing I would like is being able to show that I have completed an assignment before the due date has passed as well as more colours to choose from.

4. It would be nice if we could mark it and then have it show as late or something instead of automatically marking it.I love the app so much! It's easy to navigate, the features are so minimalistic and the interface is clean.

5. one last thing is that the agenda should be in the main page instead of "additional tools", since it's important (well, for me).(New Update Patch Notice) After the new Update, editing and deleting new Courses will happen to end in an sudden crash.

6. Great job developers! On a side note, idk if I just haven't explored enough but I can't seem to find a setting where I can customize notifications (apart from the 15-minute before class notification).

7. One small issue is that school systems here do not use credits at all and I would really love to have an option where I can be able to calculate my final grades without them.

9. If I edit an assignment by adding new info on either the Topic or Notes, the new info disappears when I reopen the app.

10. After clicking an assignment, there should be a floating tick button to easily mark it done instead of clicking on three dots, an extra unnecessary step.

1. Fix School Planner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart School Planner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the School Planner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "School Planner" » Open School Planner - Timetable » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for School Planner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear School Planner - Timetable app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from School Planner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "School Planner - Timetable" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check School Planner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, School Planner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall School Planner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall School Planner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing School Planner not working

2. Fix School Planner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make School Planner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to School Planner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, School Planner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
