Why should I report an Issue with School Timetable - Class, Univ?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of pranapps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. The price for unlimited classes and reminders is fair, I have a hard time finding the perfect app to keep me organized and to keep track of assignments but this is perfect! You can also add locations and notes if needed to each class, your also able to add different variations of times for the classes for each day if that varies for you.

2. Overall it's good because it does it's job but definitely not one of the best... Yet.its so easy and simple i love it, perfect for my crazy busy schedule, i use it for all my gym classes and it even tells you if you have overlapped anything.

3. Please consider implementing this feature on the next update.Didn't like how big the interface is for looking at the schedules (bubbly look) but once I started using it, it beat all the other scheduling apps.

4. Some classes only last a semester, and not being able to put in different classes per semester (or even changing the order of the classes) is a huge drawback, especially with a schedule like mine.

5. Shame, because everything else was perfect - but it means that it's useless to me and there are other free apps without this issue.Been using this for almost a year now.

6. The reason for its stars, it would be nicer if we can change the outlook beside just one look and can add tasks, like some assignments due, test, etc.I'm not sure if it's just my phone or not but the notifications for my classes only show up when I open the app.

7. I tried loads of class scheduling apps and this one is far better than the others.The app is not bad, fairly to look at and use comparing to other school timetable apps.

8. If this problem wasn't resolve then forget about the premium nobody will have this app in their phones after using it after the first time.This app is my favorite when it comes to productivity.

10. It's missing one extremely important feature: Being able to put in semesters, quarters, and holiday dates.

1. Fix School Timetable Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart School Timetable: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the School Timetable App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "School Timetable" » Open School Timetable - Class, Univ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for School Timetable » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear School Timetable - Class, Univ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from School Timetable servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "School Timetable - Class, Univ" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check School Timetable app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, School Timetable might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall School Timetable. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall School Timetable then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing School Timetable not working

2. Fix School Timetable Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make School Timetable be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to School Timetable not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, School Timetable may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
