Virgin Australia Customer Insights

1. Also, rang their helpline when trying to do the booking online to see if flight from Perth to Sydney involved a plane change (to check that I would not be rushed getting to it) at the Melbourne (Tullamarine) stopover.

2. Guess I'll book with Qantas and see if the next app update allows me to book a flight with virgin.seems to cover off everything that it should.

3. However, helpline person hung up on me when I could not quote flight numbers or booking reference to her.App is a glitchy mess.

4. Probably it's okay if you've used it successfully ten times already, but as a first-time user, it's intimidating.Please fix! I'm unable to check in on the app - whenever I try, it takes me through all the screens but at the end, I dont get a boarding pass (just keeps saying "Check in").

5. Whilst I did get home, albeit 30 hours later, to receive notifications of cancelled flight and rescheduled times at 1:11am, 11:49 pm, 12:00pm is NOT ideal.

6. occasionally a little annoying in that it does not automatically link your FF number to the flight when you load the flight to the app.

7. Can I please be informed of changes during acceptable hours.We just flew return Perth to Brisbane, and the the staff at every point both sides of Australia were outstanding.

8. Currently I can't book flights through the app as the "book flight" screen is just a blank white page.

9. Yes, I have tried multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling, multiple times clearing all caches on my phone, looked up multiple times the reason it keeps doing this.

10. Does everything I need it to, with no issues.Sadly, my recent return trip to Brisbane was cancelled and changed 4 times.

11. Equally appalled the number of staff who don't understand English.Works well for check-in and seat selection.
