1. Take a screenshot just in case!!Print your boarding pass!! Don't trust this app!! I read the reviews saying the app can stop working just when you need to show your boarding pass, but they were from 2019 so I assumed it was fixed by now but no, it happened to me at JFK just as I'm getting to the front of the security line my boarding pass becomes unavailable! What a crazy joke, they need to fix this urgently!Can't log in 99% of the time, but shows my flights as a guest.
2. Book with VA if you want unpredictable flights and having to wait 40 minutes to get in contact with them about an issue.Take a screenshot of your boarding pass, because this app can literally log you out at the worst possible time.
3. The boarding pass was up working on the app 1 minute before the security agent, then right as I turned my phone back on to hand to security agent, the boarding pass was gone and the app was asking for my name and confirmation number again.
4. Every single time I get the same error message and then it asks would I like to continue as a guest...NO...I WOULD NOT BECAUSE I CANNOT VIEW MY BOOKING! Have tried contacting them as they suggest via Twitter several times.
5. Where to start... My flight has been cancelled twice in a single week and the app is slow, glitchy, and I'm not able to select my seats without getting an error message.
6. I wouldn't want this app to be holding my boarding pass if it's that hard to log in.Absolutely infuriating rubbish.
7. The QR boarding pass was accepted at the travel desk and gates.
8. I know I have my sign in details correct, but all I get is a message saying... "We are unable to process your request.
9. Immediately tried to use the "successful" password to be greeted with "Something is not quite right!" Correct the app!! It is a pity the airline's reputation is put in question by poor IT.
10. I've been trying for a month to log in to check details of an upcoming flight for 6 of us.
