1. The WORST APP!!! I spent all day trying to perfect a video tweaked it made sure the song was right pictures were right and when I saved it it showed my pictures for a quick second and it was done! The song I had picked out didnt even have the whole song on there yet when I would preview it the whole song would play!!!!!!! Why the hell would it play the whole song in the damn preview if in reality when the real video last less than a second!? My video should've been 1:30 minutes long! Really?!Galaxy Note 9, Android version 10.

2. As for now, it should be done outside the App - as far as I can see... Also, it would be nice to have an option to purchase this application and eliminate adds, though number of ads is acceptable so far...So it worked great for organizing my photos, and I spent about two hours making a slideshow for a school project.

3. The music Loop only allows for a certain amount of time for the music to play and then it Loops again which was somewhat frustrating for the several songs I tried to match up with the video.

4. The programmer did an excellent job, however, I noticed after I made a video and tried to save, it kicked me back to the beginning and did not save my pictures.

5. When I pressed save, it loaded for about ten seconds, then said "Error" and DELETED MY WHOLE ENTIRE SLIDESHOW... what a waste of time.

6. Poor poor app.I just made a slideshow and it was a very enjoyable experance! I didnt have to fight for functionality, everything worked great.

7. Only some photos in one folder display, and there is no option to search for other pictures or change to another folder.

8. It was easy to figure out and produce the nice quality product that I could share with those important to me.

9. But it certainly produced the very very nice product in a very short amount of time.

10. Second time, I inputted a file name said 100% complete and nowhere to be found.

11. The editing feature needs to be adjusted to allow for new pictures to be added after saving.

1. Fix Music video Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Music video: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Music video App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Music video" » Open Music video - photo slideshow » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Music video » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Music video - photo slideshow app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Music video servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Music video - photo slideshow" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Music video app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Music video might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Music video. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Music video then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Music video not working
