1. I am using Huawei y9.When you open the app it says "make a new project" when you click it, it brings you to a screen and, actually it is a video editor not a intro makerUselles everytime i save my intro it says"pleas wait until your video is download " i wait but everytime it is 97 or 99% its hangging then when it comes to 100% it says"done"but when i check my gallery the intro is not there hope to fix it pleaseI would rate this five star cause transitions are ok but damn it only shows a some of the music on my phone it also freezes when I want to save the video please fix this problemIts no longer working on android 10.

2. Please make corrections and provide an update.2 star just for working on Android 10 and -3 for it's too simple just type your word and select image..then text will display simply and image will focused.. no any animation or any other style or option for text.. simply its waste of time and data.

3. Sad.Everything is good and easy but i cant save the video..It said " error while producing the video" stuck at 99%..So uhh as soon as I stared it and went to my gallery it froze.

4. It crashes when video is being exported and it fails to provide the entire video output.

5. But, it crashes all the time on exporting video.

6. UselessNormally I would say this app is good, but as of recently it has been freezing and not downloading my videos.

8. I can see why, not every app can handle 50,000 photos, but if you could, can you guys try making it so it would load and NOT freeze?App is good.

1. Fix Intro Maker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Intro Maker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Intro Maker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Intro Maker" » Open Intro Maker for Youtube with Video,Audio & Effects » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Intro Maker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Intro Maker for Youtube with Video,Audio & Effects app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Intro Maker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Intro Maker for Youtube with Video,Audio & Effects" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Intro Maker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Intro Maker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Intro Maker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Intro Maker then reinstall.
