And it crashing everytime i open it!!!! uninstalling!!!!!! 🙄😤😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😫😫😫😫😫 or it will say "sorry video cant be played" DONT REMMON THIS APPThere is 6 options...6 basic boring options,music doesn't save,and there is a lot of adds that are very sketchy on the screen that ask for "Your mobile number and email"It's not as bad but it's confusing could use a little more work also what's the point in making an intro if it can't be saved to your phone so you can actually use itI cant even use it there is no help option and it's all black when I try to make it , this sucks! I REALLY wanted to make an intro for my YouTube channel but I guess it's a fail >:(It's ok I do like it it's also cool that you can get songs on it but what is annoying is the sings don't save.

2. App has potential though, with a little more effort.This app is horrible!!! Don't recomened it! I opened the app up and then 2 seconds later AD I couldn't do anything there was so many ads covering up whatever I was supposed to use to make my intro.This is the best and the things in there are so cool.

3. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT A -1000000000000000000000000000000I hate it! If i try to share it it will go to a black screen and it will completely be frozen! Its frustrating and confusing.

4. I think it works for different type of phones, I honestly don't know.first there were too many ads, then when i got to the templates there were like 5.

1. Restart Intro Maker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Intro Maker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Intro Maker for Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Intro Maker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Intro Maker for Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Intro Maker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Intro Maker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Intro Maker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Intro Maker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Intro Maker not working
