Curb Driver Customer Insights

1. 1 - they don't pay drivers for cleaning fee like vomit or urine or any passengers miss 2- they don't pay for cancelation fees or no show 3-they skip payment from time to time meaning they will show on the app that you were paid but when checking with your bank no payment -4 passengers can cancel ride any time during trip and driver will never be paid.The worst app ever.

2. after getting a trip offer when it expires , it continuously keeps ringing, you have to restart the app to stop the ringing (iOS version) 3.after "passenger in car" it doesn't show the full dropoff address anymore, you have to go back to the trip offer to get the full address (both iOS n android) 4.

3. They just ripping off.There customer service is absolutly trash, everytime i call they put me on hold for an houre and when its time they cut the call.horrible app.

4. The bugs need to be fixed immediately to keep customer and user satisfaction.1 of The worst apps For the following reasons.

5. & Worst of all, they take 15% of your payout total, even including your TIPS!!! NO app should EVER help themselves to a slice of your TIPS!!! They should only take their percentage from the cost of the fare itself.

6. They say that they send verification.email., but they never do..No verification emails , no registration.Good luck with your businessNot worthy to drive with at all From 40$ I received only 26$ And it was 45min drive.

7. I picked up and drop off 1 trip(around $30) and they charged me investigation fee because the payment was fraudulent and didn't pay me at all.

8. The location tracking is messed up, pls figure outIf you connect to the bluetooth in your car, absolutely no notification sounds in the app at all when running the app in the background.

9. TIPS are NOT something to be touched & should ALWAYS be payed IN FULL to the driver.

10. The mobile application was processed in two different trips and curb would it declined after passenger left.

11. AVOID THIS APP!The worst and the most greedy and the most cheating company to work for.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Curb Driver Issues

1. Fix Curb Driver Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Curb Driver: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Curb Driver App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Curb Driver" » Open Curb Driver » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Curb Driver » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Curb Driver app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Curb Driver servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Curb Driver" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Curb Driver app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Curb Driver might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Curb Driver. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Curb Driver then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Curb Driver not working


2. Fix Curb Driver Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Curb Driver be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Curb Driver not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Curb Driver may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
