1. Still using the app in order to discover products, but than I purchase on other sites (like Amazon, Trekkinn, Waveinn etc).Application is very good in general but delivery charges are too much high..and increasing day by day😑😑its a big problem due to which now I often didn't buyI was a customer for over 10 years, but the platform has slowly degraded to a wholly untrustworthy scamming operation.

2. Yes prices are good sometimes etc etc but when you have a problem they won't help, its been more than a month and they have put on hold 2 charges on my card; already contacted my bank and it's the app that is holding it, but they won't help.

3. I realise that price are not always so good and sometimes more expensive so always double check before you buy + check the delivery - one month to save 10% is a joke.

4. Delivery are charged per designer outlet even when orders are made once from the app unlike other online shopping apps.

5. To check orders or contact help, you have to access the site from a desktop pc (not just desktop version on mobile).

6. Maybe spend less time on load-up animations and focus more on the core aspects of the app.Vente privee has a very bad service on a good app.

1. Fix Veepee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Veepee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Veepee App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Veepee" » Open Veepee » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Veepee » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Veepee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Veepee servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Veepee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Veepee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Veepee might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Veepee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Veepee then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Veepee not working

2. Fix Veepee Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Veepee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Veepee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Veepee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
