1. A big annoyance is the back button from the returns graph, instead of going back to home screen it logs you out! This app is used for conducting important business, so it needs to be simple, precise, easy to quickly navigate through, and needs to have plain bold text, large enough to be easily read.
2. Oh and if you only downloaded because Vanguard's website and/or customer service told you that you can use the app to scan your 401(k) rollover cheque, don't bother - at time of writing, when you try to do that the app just tells you to mail it.Just a dreadful app overall.
3. Just leave them alone if they work.New version is terrible, the usability is so much worse; where before you could see all your holdings on one page with current price, number of shares etc, now you have to click on each one individually.
4. Lately, I've been bombarded to update my contact info but when I go to confirm it's correct, the page says it's timed out.
5. Vanguard, I hope youre reading these, because it sure doesn't seem like you want a functional app.Adding one star to my review.
6. 2/22 app update didn't fix anything.I've used the app for years but I can't understand how Vanguard can suddenly make the user interface so awful.
7. It's visually confusing, doesn't take advantage of the full width of the screen, and a large portion of the screen is info that you can't scroll past.
8. I can't access my portfolio.A convoluted, unresponsive, unintuitive, buggy mess where half the links are wrong, everything takes 10 seconds to load, and none of the provided information is useful.
9. For example, the graphs all contain exactly two data points: the starting value and the ending value, and nothing in between-so it's always just a simple straight line, not a useful chart.
10. It is telling that all the screenshots are still from the old version of the app.Pretty weird bugs and deficiencies for a company with the wealth of Vanguard.
11. I believe that some transactions, like QCDs, must be made on the website anyway.App is garbage now.
