Why should I report an Issue with µTorrent®- Torrent Downloader?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Since then it crashes constantly, doesn't load torrents and says that the service has stopped,(finally works after multiple attempts) and the main problem that I have is that after a torrent downloads, it doesn't show up in any folder on my phone until I restart my phone.

2. Couple minor complaints - when downloading a torrent with multiple files, often the last file in the list will not be visible so you can't uncheck the box if you don't want to download it.

3. After this experience, I won't be using their desktop app anymore either.Works perfectly! Paired with a good VPN is comically funny how easy and fast it is now to download good quality stuff! Worth paying to upgrade IMO.

4. If you only want a few files from a large torrent it takes a lot of time.After over a decade of using it on various devices, I'm leaving uTorrent.

5. You used to be able to pause and start torrents from the list, now you have to click on the torrent, then pause/start it.

6. And that's in the pro version mind you, I can't imagine how riddled with ads the free version must be.Works well on Chromebook.

7. Utorrent is the bestIt definitely downloads torrents.

8. App only works when app is in focus, meaning you won't download when the Fullscreen ad is running.

9. It did download my tor file, but this app was made with farming your data in mind, not your convenience.

10. Will definitely be looking for a different app to handle torrent downloads in the future.

11. If there's any alternatives, I would both love to hear them and suggest you use any that are available.It's uTorrent but the ads are completely unbearable.

1. Fix µTorrent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart µTorrent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the µTorrent App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "µTorrent" » Open µTorrent®- Torrent Downloader » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for µTorrent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear µTorrent®- Torrent Downloader app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from µTorrent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "µTorrent®- Torrent Downloader" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check µTorrent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, µTorrent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall µTorrent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall µTorrent then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing µTorrent not working

2. Fix µTorrent Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make µTorrent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to µTorrent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, µTorrent may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
