1. So that's been problematic and stressful at a till a few times... but hopefully it's not going to be a regular thing... or I would give it 5 stars.I am some what confused as tried to do top-up through the app ended up being able to do it online and to top it up went back into the app and for some weird reason it allowed me to do the top-up???? but other than that the app is a great place to go to check your bills and see what is going out only marked down due to the minor issue Which I managed to resolve without having to call which I know for a fact wouldn't be painful and can say the customer service is the best I have ever knownUseless.
2. What? And can't pay my bills hurray! Another 6 pounds out through the window as will not be able to pay my bills in time as the app will not open it!!!Used to work great but haven't been able to make payment for months through the app.
3. When I asked if can use some of my top up towards my next bill via the app their so called customer service replied that they can't recognise my email despite being on the account and kept asking me for more an more info with copy pasted replies... In short avoid UW!Always crashing.
4. Once you set up a password login this app offers pin login feature which seems to be a temporary feature as it often switches back to asking for a password and then suggesting a pin login then you need a texted code for extra security which isn't instantly copy-able so you have to go into text messages, remember the code, go back to UW and type the code in.
5. I had to wait days to get my top up back as it wasn't on the uw account but it was cleared from my bank account.bit buggy - doesn't always work first time when select an option or press button etc.
6. The app used to work smoothly but since an update several months ago the cashback section has been clunky and very slow, and one has to keep pressing many times to get a response.
7. Please correct.A great tool, usually great response on it but a number of times it's displayed the incorrect amount on the card so I didn't tip up when needed.
8. the 'top-up' page is terrible: + and - buttons don't react and consequently you either keep over shooting the amount required or vice versa.
9. What a palaver.Stops functioning out of blue, had to pay late fees few times due to the app not transfering bill or even not opening payment page.
10. Can't open mobile phone settings as it's always "ooops accidents happens" Already uninstalled and installed again.
11. When click on pay bill or make a payment it just says something went wrong restart the app.
