Uptime Customer Insights

1. That said, I still think some of the hacks are way too short, and only cover 2 or 3 pages from the books. Please add options for audio speed and accent with which audio is delivered.. Good for go-goers in Native English but can be little bit troublesome for others who don't get usual exposure to the language..I find this app very helpful for gaining insights into books I can not read for lack of time.

2. Well, aside from having to sign up and email verify before you get hit with a banner of "75% off today!" and you find out that after a 3-day free trial, you pay "only" $55.99/year and then $79.99 every year thereafter(you are supposed to be impressed that you don't have to pay the usual $238+/year... but then when you get what amounts to 4-6 pages of book content or about 5 minutes of a podcast, it hardly seems worth it.

3. Also, based on the few books I have gone through, and the comparison made with the hard copies, I must say that the team has done a great job at reviewing available books without losing the core content of the books.

4. There is so much to learn and all you need is a few minutes and you get a lot of insights be it on books or podcasts.Don't use it you can't cancel the subscription.

5. On the flip... I have purchased books that I would have otherwise overlooked... Based on listening to these book hacks.very well presented.

6. $20 a month (or $80 a year) for the premium content didnt seem bad at first and I considered upgrading at some point in the future.

7. But when my free trial of the premium content ended I quickly understood that MOST of the app's conent can only be accessed with the subscription.

8. I even asked them for support to cancel and they gave me they send you round in circles so I thought it was cancelled and now they are refusing to deal with itI love the ease and the convenience of this site.

9. Says years as if they are numbers (nineteen hundred ninety two) and the end of every chapter it says part two, then part two starts and it stutters saying it again.

10. And if I'm only going to be using Uptime in my downtime, the price doesnt seem worth it.

11. I look forward to using this app in the future!I have been with Uptime since the start, and I completely adore the app, developers, and Uptime Team.
