1. I'm a mother to two boys who I'm homeschooling so I need the option to be able to pause the video lessons instead of just going back after the class and rewatching the whole thing.

2. That being said, I stuck with it because the content was great and the instructors were very knowledgable and easy to follow.Firstly, I just completed the first lesson, which was pretty informative.

3. I cannot be certain how well the course is from one lesson, but going off the first lesson I will at least continue till the end of the module.

4. I'd hoped for the ability to be more interactive, and it would be nice to be able to ask questions on the site AFTER a lesson is finished (issues arise when I attempt to apply what I've just learned).

5. And then also having to pay to get your certificate/"diploma" is a bit ridiculous as well for a subscription-based learning app.The content is excellent and I love that you can watch the recordings after attending the class so that you can go back and see anything you might have missed.

7. Downside, as everyone has mentioned, it is going to cost you a substantial amount to get the additional resources but what's that to being able to turn your skill into a business? You have to invest at some point.

9. Lastly, when the lesson is completed you are supposed to be able to complete a quiz and turn in your assignment, but they are both locked.

1. Fix Shaw Academy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shaw Academy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shaw Academy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shaw Academy" » Open Shaw Academy - Online Courses » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shaw Academy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shaw Academy - Online Courses app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shaw Academy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shaw Academy - Online Courses " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shaw Academy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shaw Academy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shaw Academy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shaw Academy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shaw Academy not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shaw Academy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
