1. I always let everyone know that GetSet is better than any other social media platform.Get Set is people centric platform that allows younger and older continuing education learners to engage! Although I am an older student, I have learned so much through the younger generations using this platform! I would also encourage the older generations to engage as much as they can, you will make friends and learn so much about how the world is changing through the eyes of all walks of life! I will absolutely recommend this community platform to all CTU Students, young & old!I started to use this app when I registered for school and Colorado Technical University (CTU).

My experience as an online adult student has been great so far, but I can't say that it has been without stress, far from it, however, when I found GetSet and kind of lurked around for a little while, I found it a great space to be able to open up to people who were in my exact same spot and I've gotten some great advice and also times where people just "listened" to me and that helped immensely too.

1. Fix GetSet Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GetSet: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GetSet App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GetSet" » Open GetSet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GetSet » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GetSet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GetSet servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GetSet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GetSet app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GetSet might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GetSet. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GetSet then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GetSet not working

2. Fix GetSet Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GetSet be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GetSet not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GetSet may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
