1. That's super cool! Unfortunately, every half hour or so the audio will just stop (maybe when a notification happens or something? Idk), and when I open the app back up to push play again it is on the next video or it's on the same one I was listening to back at the beginning or from where I started 30min ago.

2. Looking at other reviews it appears this issue has been a problem for about two years at leastBiggest issue: I can't download any of the files! Also, Videos are on autoplay (goes to next lesson when a video for the current one completes) and there seems to be nowhere to be able to turn this off.

If I switch to another app and then back to Kajabi, then it creates new types of glitches all the time when I go back into it, such as overlaying text all over the screen, or continuing to play audio from one lecture while I scroll through trying to find a different lecture that I had been watching.

4. If my screen is locked or I have another app open, the video will stop playing, and when I open the app back up, I'm returned to the top menu for the class and have lost the video and progress for that video.

5. I don't know if there is a limit to how many devices it can be installed on, but for this one particular account it's annoying.Can play video content with the screen off so it's easy to listen to it as audio only.

6. I closed out of the app once and the video audio continued to play.Can be very frustrating... Often opening the app receive 'An unknown error has occurred please try your re...' but can't click on the error to read entirely.

7. Overall very annoying to fire up but I have to do it for a class I am in.Major glitch! Every time I leave the app, try to come back to it, it terminates the video that was in progress, playing in the background just fine.

8. It sometimes will open the previous video I was watching the last time it crashed when I try to open a new video.

9. Fix log in save state so you don't have to close and reopen the app so much.Also, video fails if screen sleeps, have to refreshapp is SO consistently buggy for me on Android OS.

10. Allow users to set preffered video play rate for all videos.

11. Everything I open a lesson it starts automating the video, but sometimes you just want to read a lesson.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Kajabi Issues

1. Fix Kajabi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Kajabi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Kajabi App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Kajabi" » Open Kajabi » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Kajabi » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Kajabi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Kajabi servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Kajabi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Kajabi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Kajabi might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Kajabi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Kajabi then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Kajabi not working


2. Fix Kajabi Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Kajabi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Kajabi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Kajabi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
