Why should I report an Issue with DuoCards - Vocabulary Builder?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. All previously learned vocabulary needs to be mixed in with all future lessons teaching the student to build new sentences on their own while getting constant refresher lessons at the same time, boy categorized lessons with separate reviews.I only tried the free version, which is useless.

2. A lot of effort has gone into the graphics and they are great! But a friendly little elephant wandering around in the app is no substitute for accuracy.So far I'm loving the app! The visual design is very simple and cute (you take care of a lil woolly mammoth) and I'm learning a lot.

5. French text can be highlighted from other apps and then phrases added to your deck by conveniently selecting this app from Android's share tray.It's not great, but it has a really good concept.

6. It does a great job of serving up words less and less as you swipe them as "known." It also automatically switches up the sides of the cards and does audio only tests as well.

7. I started with the free version, but was quickly motivated to go beyond 20 words per day, so I upgraded to the paid version.

8. Edit: I stand by this being an excellent tool for language learning, especially when paired with e-books, but there are some issues to be aware of.

9. What this all means in practice is that you can't trust any of it, and will often be learning bad definitions of words.

10. My biggest complaint is the lack of even limited offline functionality.I like that it starts giving sentences (Spanish, French) right from the start, but it uses categorization which is terrible.

1. Fix DuoCards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DuoCards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DuoCards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DuoCards" » Open DuoCards - Vocabulary Builder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DuoCards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DuoCards - Vocabulary Builder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DuoCards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DuoCards - Vocabulary Builder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DuoCards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DuoCards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DuoCards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DuoCards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DuoCards not working

2. Fix DuoCards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DuoCards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DuoCards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DuoCards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
