Why should I report an Issue with UnstuQ: Decisions with Friends?

1. Really hope these things are fixed cuz I can really see this app being very useful, but currently it's unusable.I love the idea behind the app it's really great! However as an Android user the app is currently crashing everytime I try to add someone to my crew via phone number, but Apple version works just fine.

2. Only a couple problems tho: when selecting movies, the app doesn't consider the country you're in so it doesn't give you valid results; also, there is barely any choice when choosing what you want to watch, like there's a chance that every movie you get is terrible.

3. Now I've pretty much given up, if getting ON the app is this tricky I cant imagine how hard and messed up the rest of it isGreat app!!! This made choosing and reaching an agreement about what to watch during family movie nights quick and joy filled.

5. But I love the idea!This app is terrible! It recommended places closed OVER A YEAR ago! Then it only seems to select the first place we matched on, not all the choices.

6. Me, my husband, and friends of ours love anime and there are pretty big platforms to watch it (VRV, Funimation, Crunchyroll, etc.) but they're not included in the platform selection.

7. We are yet to use it for reaching concensus about where to eat, things to do, and places to go.I LOVE the concept, it's very sleek, but my bf and I are struggling to add one another to a crew.

8. My email had also been connected to this account with a random number and it won't let me use my email with the correct number.Great app.

1. Fix UnstuQ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UnstuQ: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UnstuQ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UnstuQ" » Open UnstuQ: Decisions with Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UnstuQ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UnstuQ: Decisions with Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UnstuQ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UnstuQ: Decisions with Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UnstuQ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UnstuQ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UnstuQ. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UnstuQ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UnstuQ not working

2. Fix UnstuQ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UnstuQ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UnstuQ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UnstuQ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
