I have univision on my cable plan.....and now they keep asking ...for internet connection or login again or univision is not included on your TV service....I emailed them a couple times and issues still......🤬 **univision said call Amazon to fix the fire stick issues , but I don't have any problem with other apps on my fire stick .The app is great...the only thing i don't like is the commercials and having to wait to watch a novela until it's ready to be unlocked.

I have an S9; maybe it doesn't work good on android devices????I hate that I tried searching up my favorite novela and it says it's not there and then there isn't even a lot of shows if you plan on updating it add more novelas and not to many adds because I just pressed on it took me to a add 1 minute later another add so if you plan on updating the app,add more novelas and less ads.This app does not work.

3. It is good to have some where to watch your novelas when your out of town or missed an episode, but with it having such a poor service it is not worth the hassle of constantly having to change password, much less pay for the service.The app works great on roku tvs, hence the 3 stars.

4. What is the point of having any type of cable or satellite to be able to watch any of your shows when you can't gain any access.

5. Just terrible user experience overallThe last 2 MONTHS I have so many issues when I'm trying to watch on-demand or live tv through to FIRE STICK.

8. I was able to login with my subscriber credentials, but then it logged me out after about 2 weeks and when I tried logging in it said I needed to reset my password.

9. The commercials are frequent and cause the phone to go into timeout/sleep if you don't touch the screen within a few seconds of the end of the second commercial.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Univision App" » Open Univision App: Stream TV Shows » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Univision App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Univision App: Stream TV Shows app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Univision App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Univision App: Stream TV Shows" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Univision App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Univision App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Univision App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Univision App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Univision App not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Univision App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
