1. I was trying to use this to see the different types of reptiles and the price range I could expect.I was going to do a big order from underground but they said there point system was down for another month and I can't get the points for my previous order even though it is there fault and there system and the last order I got was 2 snakes and the Scription of the snakes said they where eating well and mine won't eat and I found out that the have worms and I'm certainly treating them for worms and I have for feed them as wellJust got my shipment in today.

I really enjoy Underground Reptiles website and products and services, so I'm really disappointed that the app is not functional.I love the selection, and the quality I can see here, I would like it though if you could include the scientific names off these animals particularly the inverts in their description might make it a little easier to pinpoint a specific animal.Won't load.

I have to say that Underground Reptiles and LLL Reptiles are the best!I was wondering if this is only for US (United States) or for many countries like Australia where I live, I was wondering to if you could sell too like tank's for them and heat mats and stuff and I was wondering too if you could add more information like a lizard you put is femaile or male and more but the rest is good.😁Thanks if you can do it.

4. And I was wodering if you could put a part that says what does the animal that we are buying need, and (sorry) if could put more adult leopard geckos 🙂Won't load! I opened the app recently and it says oops and won't do anything when I press retry and doesn't do anything when I search for an animal.

5. Youtube videos show live openings of reptiles sent to customers and they are mostly dead or injured or near death.Amazing animals.

1. Fix Underground Reptiles Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Underground Reptiles: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Underground Reptiles App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Underground Reptiles" » Open Underground Reptiles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Underground Reptiles » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Underground Reptiles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Underground Reptiles servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Underground Reptiles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Underground Reptiles app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Underground Reptiles might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Underground Reptiles. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Underground Reptiles then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Underground Reptiles not working

2. Fix Underground Reptiles Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Underground Reptiles be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Underground Reptiles not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Underground Reptiles may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
