1. My ukulele has been sitting under my bed for the past year now and sounded horrible! But this app helped me tune it up in less than 5 minutes!! simple to understand and you definitely don't need the upgrade the simple version works fine😁 It takes a bit of fiddling around but in the end it will sound brand new!! definitely get the app😋😀😘❤The worst app I had ever seen..... I spent half an hour on this app for tuning my ukulele but the arrow is not moving.

I had done that also I restarted it many times but still the arrow is not moving....Used to be a great tuner, but now full of incredibly invasive ads, prompts for high ratings, and other monitizing nonsense.This app is awesome! 3. I'd recommend this to any ukulele players, I think that the left hand mode probably works too, they have that option!! Use this if you are a beginner.I really must say that this app is very much perfect to tune your ukulele.

1. Fix The UkeleleTuner Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The UkeleleTuner: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The UkeleleTuner App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The UkeleleTuner" » Open The UkeleleTuner - Ukulele » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The UkeleleTuner » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The UkeleleTuner - Ukulele app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The UkeleleTuner servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The UkeleleTuner - Ukulele" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The UkeleleTuner app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The UkeleleTuner might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The UkeleleTuner. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The UkeleleTuner then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The UkeleleTuner not working

2. Fix The UkeleleTuner Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The UkeleleTuner be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The UkeleleTuner not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The UkeleleTuner may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
