UISP CRM Customer Insights

1. I tried both the user name and email address and can get in period the UISP app Works fine.Need a way to click navigate to job! As a tech this would make my life easier then having to search in unms for client site.

2. I'm superadmin and can't see overdue invoices or payments 2)if it was connected to unms so a new customer installed could be attached to the device instead of having to do it separately in both places.

3. It would also be nice to be able to comment on scheduled jobs and clicking on the customer location should use the GPS coordinates assignedWould be nice if 1) permissions weren't jacked up.

4. Try again.New to this platform will have to explore its features looks awesome so farMissing the ability to edit, add notes and upload files to jobs.

5. Really need the ability to add notes.The app has alot of potential but would be nice if some hiccups were addressed.

6. Currently, the dashboard does not display any overdue invoices nor total invoiced.

7. Other than that, keep up the good work!Unfortunately at this time it does not work correctly with the UI1 log in .

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix UISP CRM Issues

1. Fix UISP CRM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart UISP CRM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the UISP CRM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UISP CRM" » Open UISP CRM » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UISP CRM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear UISP CRM app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UISP CRM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UISP CRM" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check UISP CRM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UISP CRM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall UISP CRM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UISP CRM then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UISP CRM not working


2. Fix UISP CRM Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UISP CRM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UISP CRM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UISP CRM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
